From our studio in the Wye Valley we cover a large rural area including Monmouthshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Cheltenham and Gloucester and the Cotswolds with its many agricultural buildings suitable for adaptation and conversion. We provide feasibility studies for speculative developments, and barn conversions for holiday lets and AirBnB. We understand the market and know how good design can achieve maximum value add for our clients..
Unique Houses
We design unique and inspiring one-off homes. Each site has its own unique set of constraints and opportunities. We investigate a site’s history to understand each site’s individual story and use this to inform our architectural response. We work closely with our clients to understand how they aspire to live, and design spaces that can improve their lives.
Heritage Architecture and Extensions
We work closely with our clients to adapt and extend existing houses to meet modern lifestyles and needs. Our starting point is always to understand the qualities of the existing building and provide a considered and appropriate response that adds to the building as a whole. We understand budgets and work closely with cost consultants throughout the project to ensure you get the most value for your budget.
